News from the Shadowhunter World
So I have recently discovered some things about Cassandra Clare's plans for the future that I thought the fandom would appreciate knowing. Many of you may already be familiar with this news, but I am so excited and I want to share it with those who don't! WARNING: this contains spoilers for both current series. 1. Multiple New Series This is most definitely old news, but I thought it needed to be said. Cassandra currently has two series making up the Shadowhunter Chronicles, The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices. Right now she is in the process of writing the first book, Lady Midnight, of The Dark Artifices (TDA) series, or as I called it until recently, The Dark Artifacts. Whoops. Lady Midnight is set to be released in March of 2016. I am super excited that TDA is going to be a trilogy as I, personally, liked TID much more than TMI.
